Who knew it would work out that my 180 days/6months would fall on my 52nd birthday? Well it did and due to the fact I don't have any wonderful profound thing to say to help fellow quitters , I'll just report 6 mo's.
6 months, Happy, Free and It really turned my world around, I want it for everyone. This, after 2 packs a day for 36 years.Wish I had known sooner we had all been brainwashed in to thinking it was something hard to give up.
