Hi Friends!

Today marks 183 days since I quit smoking on April 21, 2015. I have been thinking of it as my six month anniversary since I quit on the 21st, six months ago. I don't know how accurate this is in relation to the "offical" Freedom Train count 🙂 Anywho...

To the elders and my quit buddies: THANK YOU! I have said it before and will continue to say it - without you all, I am certain that my quit would have never made it past that hard first day. You gave me the knowledge and support I needed to fuel my dedication to my quit. I have learned to fight for it and love it. I will continue to do so as I know I am an addict, a junkie, to nicotine. There will never be "just one more puff" for me because I will not agree to let nicotine back into my life. I don't do that anymore. NOPE.

To the Newbies: Good job making the choice to put yourself above nicotine. Please listen to the elders, they have fantastic advice. Please do the readings. Please think about your quit and blog. You can do it. And should you fall, get back up.

I have one, extra special perk to go along with the awesomeness of being smoke-free...I just found out I am pregnant with my third child! I sadly smoked with my first two kids and have felt and will always feel guilty about that. I am so excited to have one less thing to worry about/feel guilty about during this (probably last) pregnancy! Ahhh!

Thanks everyone for reading and for everything you have done to help me here. I think of you all often. See you all on 200 days! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ Kerrie ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
