Hello everyone so I'm 6 days free of smoking doing it cold turkey. What's working for me is this Binaural Beats Session by Thomas Hall on YouTube that I found about three days ago when my cravings got so intense I almost went and bought a pack of cigarettes yuck!! Listening to this really has helped me with my cravings and i feel great. I feel differently about cigarettes now I think their disgusting and can't believe I ever smoked. I hope this helps someone.

Welcome to EX and congratulations on six days...good for you.  Keep going, one day at a time, stay close to the site, read everything you can about nicotine addiction, and stay committed to your quit...it belongs to YOU!

So happy you found something that is working for you.  Remember slow, deep breaths and sips of cold water also work

Nice! We just gotta keep going!

I use the free Insight Timer app for binaural stuff and guided meditations. They don't have anything specifically for smoking but it's been a great resource for me.

There are various types of meditation on YouTube.   There are some specifically for smoking.

CONGRATULATIONS on your first week or as some of us "affectionately" refer to it..."Hell" Week.  It gets easier and easier.
