!6 Days and what do you get...?

!6 days: It feels easier to go up and down stairs already. Rode my bike a few miles without getting winded.

Down to 7 mg patches now. Ordered another box of lozenges but, no more patches.

My son left last night, right after his sister and my son-in-law got here. They are all coming to see my mom. Maybe for the last time. Hoping and praying that is not so.

Mom's chemo has been hard on her but, no serious side effects until this morning, she felt dizzy. We called her oncology nurse and they said this is about the time the dehydration comes on, 2 weeks after the chemo. They had her come in. They are going to give her fluids via her "port".

And after all of this, I still haven't smoked now in over 16 days. I feel better than last week. The cravings aren't near as strong. I still am having cravingsbut, they are almost gone.

Hope everyone is doing OK withe their quits and in life. Just checking in.
