When I found this Ex-Community I was very excited to share this with my sister, who has been trying to quit off & on for 30 years.
I am at day 54 Vape free & feel so happy to be this far along!
The 1st 3 days were not bad. I was very prepared. About day 6-10 were absolutely awful. I am so thankful for all who helped me get through the few awful days I had.
I had my 1st dream that I was sneaking a vape. I started coughing as my husband came around the corner. Then I woke up. 😅
