I' am 51 days FREE of toxins in my body, my whole life has changed,. After about a month of not smoking ,I gained weight 10 pounds to be exact, I felt angry ,depressed, and really fat. Instead of complaining I decided to put effort In my health. I started working out, I started on diet , lifting weights 4 times a week. This is the great part, I have lost more than 10 pounds ,I have muscles that I can actually feel ,my resting heart rate has gone way down, my blood pressure is perfect, I just feel amazing. My hope is that anyone who is trying to quit will read this and focus on the important things in life instead of a stupid ciggerette . You and only you can change your bad habits for good ones. I know its' hard at first(cause I went through it) but the happiness and joy of life comes back after 30 days or so, for some it might be longer , but it's a great feeling not to be trapped by a ciggerette. Thank you to everyone on this sight, it has really helped me to feel like I'm not alone!!!!!!!!
