5013 Days And Still Going Strong!

Hello Ex Community,

I no longer post here regularly, but I got a message a few days ago the said I had been quit for 5000 days, and it stopped me in my tracks.  Where did the time go? Well, it went in good healthy living.  I do not regret quitting one bit.  It is probably the  best thing that I've ever done for my health and my family.  My pulmonologist is pleased with me, happy I'm staying on track. I've done those CT scans for ex-smokers, and so far they;ve been negative (cancer-free). The weight I put on at the beginning of my quit has come off, and then some; I've been maintaining a weight loss of 100 lbs. All I'm saying here is that it is possible to get past the initial discomfort and into the benefits of being nicotine free.  You can do it!  Take it from a former hard-core nicotine user.
