5 minutes = An eternity!

Good morning!

Last night at 11pm on the dot I squashed out my last cigarette.  After a long night of very little sleep I have been up and about for 2 hours and have had 2 very nasty cravings so far today.

I've ridden them out, big deep breath's, opened all the windows in the house because the sun is finally shining, and then I promptly went upstairs and cryed my eyes out.

That was just the first one!  This is why I say 5 minutes seems like an eternity right now.

The second one is just passing now. I came on here and the first blog I read was Peggy's and how much she has gained from being a non-smoker.

Thank you Peggy, your post help disippate my craving.

I am moving on to my Yoga next, my routine is a little off this morning but I'm going to try and keep it as close to "normal" as I can.

I'm sure I'll be back on here later 🙂

Breathing in, Breathing out....I am doing this because I can!
