What a Feeling !

Great part for anyone reading this is that you can do the same.

Just say NOPE ....Not One Puff Ever ...Again...and you can one day have a 1,2,3,4 or 5+ year smoke free anniversary

On 04/04/04 I said "NO MORE" ....when will your day be that you will say "NO MORE: and then stop making excuses for failure ?

U CAN DO IT .....i failed many times before my date ....

CONGRATULATIONS, Ray.......I think there are a LOT of people here (myself included) that wouldn't have been here for long if not for you....your greeting when we got here...your positive attitude...it all remains in our memories..and is one of my tools to reaming quit !!
