5 Months Smoke Free

Today I am 5 months smoke free and I want to thank everyone on this site for all the help and encouragement.  I am very fortunate because I have alot of family and friends support too.

I am making a plea to those who were on this site and aren't anymore to please please come back.  This is the 6th time I have quit smoking in 32 years of smoking and this is my forever quit.

Don't be embarrassed or mad at yourself just come back do more of the reading and choose to be smoke free.  It hasn't always been easy but it is so doable.  We are all here for you and we have been where your at with the struggle.  But only you can choose to struggle well and get through the craves and change your thinking and really understand that smoking helps absolutely nothing.

Its an addiction and we are all addicts but you can overcome the nicodemon.  Kick him to the curb.

N.O.P.E.
