better known as smoking. I feel great but; now I want to quit the addiction that seems to have replaced it....coffee,,,, On average I drink upwards of 3 - 5 cups of Tim Hortons coffee on a daily basis. To quit, or even just cut back would probably help immensely. I am not out to quit due to the cost factor, I am out to quit as I am thinking this is not great for ones health either. Anyone know of any support web sites geared to coffee drinkers trying to quit?
