What a rough few days. I know I’m in ‘no man’s land’. And anxiety/stress is on high because I gave my notice at one job and start at another. I’m so excited about the new job. I’m having a rough time dealing with the feelings. I’ve learned that I’ve always used cigarettes and food to deal with my feelings. Now, I’m learning to feel and deal. Ugh. I’m grateful to God for all of it.
