I have no urges at the 14 mg patch with 2 mg losengers went down on my losengers last week another 7 days maybe of the 14mg patch I’m not sure but I have 7 patches left of the 14 then going to the 7mg am I gonna notice a difference does any one know my bf started smoking cigars again I knew it wasn’t gonna last but he only smokes outside and didn’t take the program seriously but he thinks I’m gonna keep giving him losengers meanwhile he’s taking puffs of his cigar so I don’t know how I feel about that honestly and does anyone or can anyone give me advice on how many 2mg losengers I should do I use about five six a day and I also have a smoking cessation class on zoom on the fourth I did it once and really enjoyed the class so I’m doing it again it’s through the state of Florida a free program where they send you patches and losengers for free since I’m saving up for a car there helping a great big deal anyone maybe knows anything about the questions I asked I would appreciate feedback but I’m going strong in my quit and my family is happy that I finally decided to quit walked four miles plus yesterday and wasn’t out of breath it was great and I felt great afterwards sleep has improved to 11 hours a night and no yellow stains on my fingers even having my teeth worked on in Jan so I’m making progress thanks so much guys
