Every night I go to bed thanking God for the strength to continue my nicotine free journey. I don't have any profound insight...just excited to be a non smoker. Cravings are far and few between lately. Honestly, I Can't even imagine smoking again, which is a feat in itself. I never thought I could give up cigarettes, but here I am at 14 months without even a puff!
Hang in there exers. If I can do it, I promise, so can you.
