Good morning all it has been 45 days since I quit smoking Cold Turkey and things are getting so much better.I've been through some really tough times lately and I still held my ground and not smoked. I still think about smoking but I pretty much brush it aside and find somthing to do and it passes. Some times the thought of smoking dosn't cross my mind for hours wich is a good thing. The next few days may bring some triggers for me also but I'll deal with them as they come. We are going to Country Fest to see Kenny Chesney and then a funeral service for my mother in law the next day but I will be strong and not give in!! NOPE!!! Have a good smke free day all !!!
