41 days SF! This is what worked for me!

I am very proud of myself, 41 days without nicotine! I havent been stopping in here as often mainly because I forget too. I rarely think about smoking and when I do the thought makes me wrinkle my nose. I have to say that I have tried everything to quit and this time it just feels right. I did use Desmoxan and for my own sanity I am continuing to take 1 a day for the next 3 months. I purchased 2 boxes of 100 and a bunch of aromatherapy inhalers. I had tried Chantix several times and it just made me sick in the morning but the Desmoxan did not. It is a polish product that I got from Amazon. It was tricky taking the tabs with the timing, but I took the first one when I got up and set the alarm on my phone for the rest of the times that day. Usually the first at 5am and the last by 3pm. I highly suggest trying this if you are having a hard time.

My name is Patricia, but I go by Pat. I am 58 years old, I am married and I have 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren and 2 dogs. I started smoking when I was 12 and I have tried to quit a million times. I have to say that I have had an exceptional year and I am hoping to add quit smoking to my 2023 accomplishments.
