4 days until my official quit date. The medication has been making me super tired and slightly nauseous and mega thirsty.

I started running again last week. So I do CrossFit three days a week and will run 3 days. I can't wait to see how my endurance improves when I am free of cigarettes.  Currently running intervals, but would love to get back to full 5K's and perhaps my first ever 1/2 marathon.

I think my quit gift to myself is going to be an Apple Smartwatch. Believe you me, I do intend to spoil myself every step of the way.

Your planning and preparation are exemplary!  Physical activity will help you immensely with any cravings, too.

I can't wait to cheer you along!

I agree with Nancy. All that exercise iis going to help you along your way. Sounds like no weight gain for you!

I can tell you my workouts and walk/jog are sooooooooo much easier, I can do more and go longer!  You will notice a difference pretty quick into your quit!  I too have been spoiling myself through this quit!     I am doing really good in my quit and so will you!

Spoiling yourself with special rewards is a great idea! I still remember that I got an iPad at the 6 month mark!

I think you'll find your endurance increases quite a bit after you begin your quit. It doesn't take long to reap the benefits of a smoke free lifestyle.

Stick with us & keep on keepin on,
