Getting up so early this morning got me thinking back to my smoking days! I've never been a morning person but I'd always get up and get myself moving to go to work one particular job I had to be up for 5 a.m., looking back I'd drink at least 3 coffee and 5 or 6 smokes then take another coffee with me for the drive to work with another 2 or 3 smokes! YIKES I'm so glad that I don't do that anymore! 40 years of smoking roughly 30 a day was enough years wasted!!!! 😑 It took at least a half dozen failed attempts before I found this site WHEW I'm so thankful for that! If I hadn't found out that I have copd back in June of 2014 maybe I'd still be smoking BUT I did find out and finally on the 14th of July 2014 I began my Forever Quit boy oh boy it most definitely wasn't easy at times BUT it sure as hell was AND is worth it to be Free! This community helped me and so many others get thru the roller coaster ride and to that good place in our quits Nope ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what > Works when applied on a daily basis PLUS we're TRULY GIVING OURSELVES THE GIFT OF LIFE! Vigilance is key to Freedom!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
