One year ago today I made the best decision I ever made. It's not been easy but very fulfilling. To those of you who are just starting out or having a hard time PLEASE, PLEASE KEEP ON KEEPING ON! I LOVED smoking...I mean I still remember how I LOVED that first smoke in the morning or after a meal but I LOVE not smoking even more!
I still get the urge now and then but it only lasts a few seconds and they're few and far between. It gets better!
Read what the other wiser people than me have to say. Most have many, many years under their belt and have been a tremendous help to me. I never posted on this site very often but I sure did read a lot of good advice.
