Today it has officially been one year since I quit smoking. I am amazed because I never thought I would ever be here. It sseemed like such an un attainable thing but woohoo! I am SO excited. I used this program and the support I had on this site and it has been invaluable. I remember someone on here telling me to fight for my quit and I always remembered that and realized that yeah, I do have to fight for it and I do have to work at it. It is worth the fight and effort in every way and the prize is bigger than any other fight on the planet. Beating an addiction is the hardest thing to accomplish but also the most rewarding. If you stick with this, and you WILL, the ends justify the means and the reward is greater than the effort. I promise you this and you will live to see many sunsets. Thank you ex for giving me my life back.
