Congratulations to all milestones and decisions to quit today. Tomorrow is the 1 year, it really was the least hard thing I've ever done, and hope saying that, it will encourage people and give this generation a more positive take on the ability to quit than my generation or the one before me I guess you would say , the naysayers, the ones that had me convinced I couldn't do it or would have to be super human to quit. I read so many who didn't believe me that it could be easy and you could be happy ,, they come back and tell of it finally clicking in their head and they picked up at that point and got on with life. And you can too, please believe me,, don't let it get control of you, you are in control.
