I read a lot here and If someone asked I would have to say , reading is still some of the best advice I could give. But you have to take the advice and try another way. I still say we are able to talk ourselves into or out of almost any mindset. I have gotten upset and mad about situations in the morning before work, (I work 3-11) but then literally said to myself "OK look at this different, change your mood, don't allow this to cause you to lose your joy you've worked hard for." It works,, It takes a little repetious talking to yourself daily but eventually it becomes an everyday norm. That is if you want it,, because there are people who thrive with bitterness and the feeling of being the only ones with a hard life and nobody cares or understands. I know because I felt that way many years, the martyr, the only one who worked hard, the only one who tried at the company with no recognition, the only one who experienced money problems, death, illness, unfaithful lost loves, yes I was the only one poor me. When someone tried to talk to me I said "Oh well , you just don't understand". I got absolutely sick of myself , so you can imagine what other people thought. Well yes I'm rambling again and I'll sign off a happy person today because I choose to be and I talk to myself. I feel much much better than ever in my life,, and the irony is it was so simple.
