Congrats on the three months!  I hope to make it that long.  I'm just working on one day at a time like they do in AA.  Keep up the great job!

Congrats on your 3 months!  This is Day 17 for me!  It is an amazing accomplishment to get free of cigarettes. Every organ in our bodies are just like, "Hooray!"  I believe from the second we stop smoking our bodies and minds begin to heal...I'm so grateful to be an ex smoker today! And have been taking my quit one day at a time,  Have a wonderful day Chia! Your name is beautiful!

Great work. Three months is a great accomplishment. Keep up the good work. My start date is tomorrow. Can't wait I hate smoking. Need to quit for my health and my kids and girlfriend. No one likes to smoke it is a bad habit none of us should have started.

A very awesomeeing  job on your three months being smoke free. I am on my 2nd day of being smoke free and as you well know I am having a hard time with the cravings but that is why I keep coming here on a daily basis and do my very best to post a blog and and also attempt to reply to a post. I also have sleep apnea and I have to use a CPAP machine that is connected to an oxygen machine. I have not been checked for COPD yet but you gave me the idea to have my doctor check me out for it on my next visit with him. Please keep up with your great quit and do everything that you can to proctect it. Thank you for this post.
