3 Years of freedom today!

Hello EX Family,

I almost missed my own anniversary for goodness sake!

Back on November 1^st 2012 I found this site, set a quit date for 5 days later, made a few friends, followed EVERY suggestion and quit smoking 3 years ago today. I had tried plenty of times but the support from members made the difference. I had accountability and people who believed in me along with a set of ‘quit tools’. It was the best decision I have ever made and that is what it is…A DECISION that no matter what I was going to be free.

I became a ‘first responder’ and helped others to quit which KEPT me quit. I am not here enough these days and will get back here soon! I sure miss it and am very grateful to the people here, my friends who helped me through that beginning and have stuck with me through thick and thin. You know who you are.

WOW three years! The 10^th I will be having another smokefree birthday! I love being free. xo
