The fact that I didnt realize until this afternoon that I quit smoking three years ago today confirmed something for me that I want to share with all of you new in your quits:  It gets better.  It gets easier. It is worth it.

Stay the course.  Happiness and freedom  awaits you!  Just ask my 18 month old son who has a daddy who isnt concerned about his next fix but rather just wants to be with his boy!
