Today I am 47 years old. I also have 22 days/3 weeks of freedom from smoking. Each day is getting easier and easier. My energy levels are starting to return. I have weaned down to the Step 3 patch and doing well with minimal cravings. My walks are getting longer and faster. They are no longer a necessity but an enjoyable part of my daily routine. I am finding new healthy ways of dealing with stress and irritations.
Deep breaths. Focusing on the positives. Singing a song. Get up and move. Read. Do puzzles/play games.
