3 Months!

Cant believe it has been 12 weeks since I quit. I am doing great! Had a rough time yesterday and some today. I recognize that I am romancing the thought of smoking. I called a counselor yesterday so I wouldn't stop for smokes on my way home from work. But I worked through it, and today I did not buy a pack while grocery shopping.

Does it ever get easier??? I sure hope so. This is really really tough, but I HAVE to stay smoke free. Not even a puff.
