Happy Friday!!! Can you all believe I have 90 days already, time is flying.  I have spent my ninety days smoke free completing a math class that has kept me from completing college for quite some time (received a B).  I've been challenging myself to conquer my fears and to work on my TO DO LIST!! I've deceided that my life and my time is very valuable to me, and I've become very stingy with it.  I've had a little time to get to know the new me, and I like what I'm finding, is she perfect heck no! LOL  But, I'm changing a great deal for the better.  I no longer have the need to continue negative behaviors or be in toxic situations/relationships.  I guess what I trying to say and express is THANKS TO ALL OF YOU, I HAVE A NEW LIFE WITH GOALS AND A NEW DETERMINATION TO SUCCESSED!!!  I COULD NOT DO THIS WITHOUT THE HELP OF THIS GROUP!!!  I THANK EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU.  I can now be with people and enjoy a conversation or program without wondering how much longer it would be, before my next smoke. What a great feeling. I don't blog often but I'm always lurking about:)  And yes, I still get a passing urge or thought but guess what, I'm learning to accept it for what it is and to me it's a death sentence, you all have helped me to become free of the bondage and for this I'm very grateful.

Who would have ever though that a women who smoked from the age of 13 and who's now 49 = 36 years would be smoke free today?  If I can do this, anybody can!
