I have now been quit for 2 years now, it’s been a long road but through everything that I’ve been through: catching the Covid, getting a blood clot in my foot, pneumonia, getting laid off twice, dealing with my severe depression, and my COPD, I never once smoked (thought about it) but never did ! Hell week Was bad and I don’t want to go through that again. I smokes 1-1/2 packs a day for 45 years if I can quit these nasty things anyone can. There is just no excuse to pick one up!!!!
