I was successfull last time becasue of Ex. I remember the first day I quit three years ago I was strangely emotional. I didn't understand it. As I sit here today, on the verge of tears, I recall all the support I got from Ex and am gratful I logged back in.

We might have to create a subsection for us returning, believe me you are not alone! Dry your eyes, the past is just that and today is the first day of the rest of your life! Welcome, ready to take your freedom back? 🙂

Yes I am...why the hell do I get so sad over it every time. It seems almost comical and ridiculous when I think about it but I am so ready!

Because it's the same vicious cycle of the addiction, we feel like we're loosing something good when we know it's probably killing us. May be some rereading is in order. I just reread Allen Carr and Why Quit and of course being on here!

Hi there I remember you when you came 3 years ago, WELCOME BACK.  EX is still supportive as ever and a lot of the same ones are still here like me.  We stay to help others the way we were helped.  I don't know how to post a link but if you will put in a it in a blog post you will get lots of info on the sites that educate you on nicotine addiction.I do know one is whyquit.com.

You know you can do this.

I remember Frogue lady, Ima deer and the ever unique Dale. I appreciated your support before and I still appreciate it now. It is proof that as many things change in life there are still some things that remain constant.

Settle in "newbies" and get ready for boot camp.  the one thing that is constant is that we are all addicts and if you do take even one puff  ... well you are right back there with the first timers.

Read, research and plan.  Welcome back.
