Hello haven't been on in a long time. I'm doing ok I truely feel good about it. I have had my times but passed.

I don't have people in my life, much. Daughter 2hr. away thats about it except taxi drivers and drs. I believe this is going to sound strange but it seems to have helped me. Yes I tend to have my own anxiety and stress and depression past experiences. I see maintance people were I live, they smoke and I'll say hi but keep it moving. DO alot I mean alot of DEEP BREATHING . It helps. Going for walks. Cooking veggies .Dont want any extra weight on. My daughter did come and take me to her place for a fee days. That was great. Three children always something going on. Im discovering triggers that I took for granted. One being when she brings me home the first thing I did was sit down and enjoy a but. I'm sure there will be others but I just got busy and unpacked.

Ive been sick past few days so not getting out but did manage to cook turkey. My place just smelled wonderful. I've lost alot but this something I make happen for me. I will get back to going to the sauna it is very nice relaxes the hole body, helps with toxins and maybe weight.

Nice chatting but nicer if I get comments . Thanks.. Madeline..

Hi, Madeline -- So glad you have two weeks under your belt.  My daughters are one and two hours away, and I try to see them as much as possible, but many times they're busy or working.  Funny you should mention turkey -- I had Thanksgiving at my daughter's house, but just didn't get the kind of traditional turkey I love, so I have a turkey breast in the oven right now, and that's going to be my own personal Thanksgiving!!  I'm almost at a year quit, and I can tell you that it is very doable.  Just keep a positive attitude and be willing to go through the tough moments, and the next thing you know you will be celebrating many years quit!!

That's excellent, Madeline!  The third week is even better!  While your waiting to get back to the sauna, what about a hot bath with scented Epsom salts--a nice treat.
