27 days smoke free!

I had a wonderful weekend without those cancer sticks! Yay me! Today is 27 days smoke free! It feels so much longer than that! We went to St. Louis for the weekend to visit some friends. One of the friends smokes. Luckily he doesn't smoke in the house or in the car. We had sat outside one night all four of us talking and drinking. I am so proud of myself because I had no craving at all. This quit is so much easier because I gave smoking up for life now. I can breathe easier, I am not short winded anymore, and I smell better! I love it! Happy Monday to all of you!

Congratulations on your quit for life!!  It makes a difference, doesn't it.  I was a serial quitter and relapser and knew it at this quit that this was my forever quit and it is much easier when you're dedicated.  Happy Monday to you too!
