Often times we say that we are struggling when we quit smoking. Quite frankly I never like the term.  I firmly believe that the struggle was when I smoked.  Buying, Hiding, Slowing killing myself. The guilt and shme that being a smoker carried.  The stupidity of it all.  Now  that I am free by meeting the challenge of quitting by educating myself about the addiction and deprogramming my brain that I do not have to smoke,  Learning the Know the LAW!   I clearly say that smoking was the struggle, not the quitting part.  I made quitting my challenge that I was willing to do whatever necessary not to smoke no matter what.

I just wanted to share that thought as long as I smoked it was the struggle. I am free and I keep my eye on the prize so that I do not return to the chain of slavery to nicotine.  Remember quitting is doable if you give yourself the chance and not fall in the trap of EXCuses, REPLAY THE RELAPSE .  I think this is the blog.  Anway Enough said just wanted to acknowledge this date and put in in my memories if I can find it. lol. Love you all, Stay Safe, No matter what NOPE., will keep you free
