24+ hours down!

I haven't smoked in over 24 hours now (35 hours to be exact). This is the longest that I have been smoke-free in over a decade. It feels pretty good to have reached that mark. It's a little easier this morning. I slept pretty well thought I had really strange dreams throughout the night that would just continue anytime I woke up then went back to sleep. I do feel well rested this morning though, which honestly hasn't happened in a while. Today will be my first day driving since quitting. I do feel that this may be a little difficult, but I will be bringing a straw to fiddle with as well has a bottle of water so hopefully it won't be too bad. My husband is still smoking. Any time he goes outside it does cause cravings, but those have been fairly easy to push aside. The hardest yesterday was when he went out to smoke after dinner. That was a craving that made me grind my teeth and get physically uncomfortable. So I got up and went upstairs for a little while and just straightened up until it passed.
