24 days...and 2 miles a day later.

I have made it 24 days and I am doing just fine. No strong cravings latly and I started running again. I run 2 miles a day so far I want to run longer. But more importantly, my health has improved. I am 23 years old and a few years ago I was almost diagnosed with high blood pressure. I was one reading away from being put on a pill. I was scared and never made that appointment. How ever I have been keeping an eye on my bp checking when I feel nervous. Usally it would be a little high but I didn't think it was a big deal. I would also have a high pulse (more than 100 bpm). I took my bp this morning and just now and both were with in the normal range. And my pulse was below 100 both times. Not only do I feel better but I am better. I quit smoking and my health has already improved. I now know that I will live longer because of a decision I made in 2009. I saved my life 24 days ago and I will never know how to thank myself. I will never be able to thank everyone on here enough for their support. I just hope that the support everyone has giving me will me just as much if not more to everyone else. Thanks again.
Remember, "It feels good to be a quitter."

ps    I will keep everyone up to date on how everything is going on my end.
