Well, I made it threw my first day without a cigarette it was hard as hell but getting all the good advice and support i actually think i can beat this horrible habit that has taken over my life for so long.  I went to the gym and had a great work out and ate the hell out of sunflower seeds and gum. So 2morrow won't be so bad it's the first day that really gets u. I wanted to go buy a pack of newports so dam bad but i didn't. When my friends were smoking i just walked off until they finished it so I wouldn't get tempted. I had this woman tell me i smelled really good and i had that cologne for three months now and never had a compliment I guess with all the smoke from the cigarette no one  could smell it lol hard. Well 2morrow is christmas eve and friday is christmas that will be the big test with family, friends, lots of food, drinks, and basketball. Well i will keep everyone updated as this process continue.

As you are suffering the various mood swings and pains~ JUST KNOW that THEY are ONLY feelings. Feelings PASS, and can NOT harm you UNLESS YOU let them become  BIGGER than YOUR desire to be cigarette free.

WIll YOU feel anxious?  YES  ~Horribly so,  but IT IS  N O R M A L !

Will you feel SAD?  YES  , the way to over come these things is to tell YOURSELF positive THINGS, instead of letting the uncomfortable moods win over.

I am almost 10 weeks into my quit~ 6 weeks of minimal nicotine replacement then ALMOST 4 weeks of NO nicotine.

Yesterday I had a COMPLETELY  "normal" feeling day~  IT  TAKES IME TO QUIT!!!   IT takes EFFORT !!

Prior to yesterday ...I had horrible hours EACH day~  BUT during those hours YOU just HAVE to keeeeeep moving and doing NORMAL things.    EVEN on the days THAT washing YOUR own FACE feels LIKE TOOOOOO much work... WASH, dress and eat healthy~  Take care OF  Y O U !!!!!
