Well I cannot believe it's actually been almost 8 months without a ciggarette. I feel much better and have a lot more energy, but lately I'm going through something. I'm lethargic, no energy, I don't want to do anything--just sit and watch tv and go on facebook. But I just changed my depression med 3 weeks ago and upped my dose 2 weeks ago, and I take Norco for my knee for pain. Usually I take it for 2 weeks and I'm off for 2 weeks, but I have been on it for 2 months straight because the pain has been pretty bad. I am in the process of weaning myself off by this Sunday. I think it's too much for my body and that could be what's causing my lethargia. Other than that, I'm doing great, everyone says I look great (healthy), but I still need to lose a little weight, but I'm working on it. I'm going to San Francisco to help some friends for a week on Monday--The woman I used to work for lives with her daughter and she has an autistic son, and her husband travels all over the world and they all need help. so I go down and cook for them and help watch the kids and take care of Judy--she has post polio, COPD, and asthma really bad (ex-smoker), but they're like family; it's a really fun.  It's nice to be needed.

Then when I get back from San Fran, my daughters and I are going to Eugene, Oregon to see my parents for a week. Fun..... I haven't seen them since last May, and the girls haven't seen them for at least a year or two. It will be great....

Hope everyone has a great weekend.....
