I am back to dreary Ohio, snow and grey clouds. but I remain smoke free!!
Vacation was wonderful as expected and my smoke free companions were very supportive. Home is a little more difficult with triggers and habits, but I keep taking my Chantix and letting the cravings pass. Time is helping as well as this site, so THANK YOU all again.
For my health insurance I had to go to a Tobacco Treatment Center. I told the councilor about this site and hopefully she will share it with others who come to her for help. It is a great feeling to know there are others out there who are experiencing the same things you are!! Hope you are all staying strong and smoke free!! Have a wonderful day!!
