well i didnt succeed my quit day on xmas, but i still kept fighting. so its a new year and im done. today i got up @ 8am smoked 1 and ran water on the rest of them. i put a patch on n i have some nicotine lozenges. im fighting this with all i got. my kids r supportin me n helpin. my husband will b here on sat, n i want him to come home n b soooo proud. i want to b proud. this is a new year and im making changes. ive got some ideas to keep busy n im lookin at each hour i dont smoke. i cant look ahead more than that. ive got to take it hour by hour. i no soon itl turn into days that im a non smoker. so everyone root me on and wish me luck.... gods on my side.
