Yesterday - May 2 - was my 2 year anniversary.

  I knew that the only way I could quit smoking - was to quit smoking!  I had to quit thinking like a smoker "on a break".  I am no longer a smoker - cold turkey - 2 years.  I haven't PUFFED on or even LIT a cigarette.  I have been SMOKE FREE for 2 years and one day - after being a 37 year - pack a day smoker. 

You can do this!

If I can - anyone can!
