I wrote a blog on my page about being quit for over 2 years...then guess what I did....I got cocky. Now I have been back at smoking for over 3 yrs. I quit again last night at 9:00 pm. An uphill battle...that I could have avoided. Please remember...we are just like drug addicts...alcoholics etc..we cant even have that 1 puff. I knew this...I went through some of my old blogs. Wow I am so proud of who I became.
