Finishing up nearly a 12 hour work day, all while traveling away from home in a different city. Actually not a bad time to quit being away from the usual environements and triggers of your home. It also helps everyone I worked with today doesnt smoke - big help. After work I will be making use of the hotel gym and shake up these smoker lungs:)
But most importantly, thank you ex community - it was awesome to wake up this morning and read comments of support and motivation. What a great help you all have been in such a short amount of time. I checked the website often throughout the day and it kept me on track.
