1st Day Smoke free

Today is the first day I am smoke free. I have tried quitting before but ended up smoking smoking. Yesterday was a turning point for me when my daughter told me I spent a lot of time smoking. I realized the time and effort I spent while smoking is not only effecting my health but also my daughter. I think it is time to quit after smoking 15 years but of course stoping through 3 pregnancies.  I want to be here for my children and see them grow and see there children. Today is the starting point. No more cigarettes!

Congratulations on your decision to quit, you are on the right site to ask for advice, support and encouragement .

I've been quit for two months and I can tell you that you'll feel better, one day at a time, stay focused and willing and remember your children and the reason why you quit.

If you can i suggest you do some reading about the addiction, knowledge is power.

All the best 🙂
