I have not smoked in a week. I have been having some trouble with a cold and sunday night got real bad. Went to the Dr yesterday and I have broncitis and lord I'm sick. The amazing thing is that the smoking demon still tels me one would be ok. I am like everyone else who has 7 days in the fact that the demon still has some strength. I think the worst time is at night when I'm kicked back on the couch chanel surfing or whatever. When the thought comes up I'm training myself to say, Why would I do that? I dont smoke! For me the results are amazing. I think being sick is Gods way of saying, Hey dummy, wake up!!!! I have had broncitis numerous times before and still tried to smoke...AMAZING I am OK today and am hoping you are all well............Later
