Sorry i've been gone so long. Work has been busy and doing a lot of out door activities 🙂 yay! 

I got this email from EX and it reminded me to check and see how many days it's been. Well, i get on this website and it says "188 days smoke free". wow, I can't belive how the time fly's and I feel great! 

This is a very helpful site. Got me through some tough times and I'm sure i'll have some other tough ones ahead but it's waaaay better than it was 🙂
