Wow 18 days and counting 🎉😀 this has been the longest I have ever gone without a cigarette since I was 13 years old. Yes, I start early and smoked for 20 years so to have 18 days under my belt is a huge accomplishment. Almost to a month! Definitely feel much better but do get the urge sometimes but not as bad as I thought I would. Thank you ex community cause when I have the urge you are only a couple of clicks away and that keeps my hands away from that cigarette and lighter.
