15 days smoke free. I was in walmart last night and this couple came down the same isle I was in and I could tell right away they were smokers..or at least one of them was. ...that smell of old stale cig smoke...yuck. I know so many people say this but I guess its my turn now: I cant believe I used to smell like that!! Lol My husband quit the cigs too, but he still uses his ecig every once in a while. Im sure he will get bored with it eventually lol..he says he doesnt want to use it for long, and he hardly uses it as it is, so thats ok to me..he's working on it and hes happy to not be using cigs anymore. He said yesterday that its like he can smell a smoker now from half a block away lol. I hope everyone out there is doing great. 🙂

OOOOOOH that smell....I was in grocery store the other day too and the guy working in produce smelled so "stinkin" BAD  !!! just like you described.....

Wonderful you are both quitting together ! Good Job !  Hope you are doing great today too. today is a stress day for me with something going on with family. wish me strength and ability to clear my mind and be happy.

I totally get it . ...and personally I can say I am embarassed I walked around smelling like that for years!! Now I have the added advantage of having a spouse that has not quit smoking. comes to bed reaking of smoke everynight and by morning I wake up with a horrible sinus headache . 

Some nights he makes the effort to shower before coming to bed ..and some nights he doesn't  which just pisses me off to no end and a constant reminder of how controling cigarettes can be that he would care so little about me to come to bed smelling like that knowing the effect it has on me now.

If anything it is my daily reenforcment to Never smoke again!!

and Wanting to say WTG on 15 days ..it only get better and easier!

It really IS a nasty smell, and hard to believe that we were ok with smelling like that!
