I’m still here…lurking, though I haven’t posted much lol. Today made 146 days quit!!! Not even one puff!!! So very proud of myself! When I started this journey, I honestly thought “it’ll be another time that I make it a few weeks and give up”…..because, let’s be honest, I did that 100 times before. I guess it’s true when it’s said that it usually takes a smoker several attempts. So, if you’re on attempt 1-100, don’t give up. Keep going! Push yourself to go for as long as you can go without one! I’m so proud of you! I’m proud of those that have made it a day, a week, a month, a year, several years. I’m proud of those that are thinking of quitting! I’m proud of me!
