127 days of freedom today.  I am almost out of NML and I have been walking a mile (most) a day and have tried to step it up to  a mile and a half.  My diet still isn't that great but I'll work on it.  To tell you the truth, I have just started to feel so much better here lately and I have been around my sister who smokes without wanting one, but rather wanting to help her quit.  I also have $850 saved!!!  I couldn't bring myself to spend one penny of it, it represents so much progress.  But I am thinking of offering it to my son(s) if they can quit for four months.  By the time one or both quit I would have enough for both of them.  What do you guys think?
