I am sitting here, in the middle of class, watching all of my students during Instrumental Music.  I just realized today is day 125 of my quit.  That's just over 4 months and it is exciting!  I don't think about smoking anymore, but I still have my lozenges in case the cravings kick up.  I have noticed that I'm avoiding the people and places I associate with smoking, and while that might not be a good thing to avoid people, I really can't stand the smell of cigarettes now.  It makes me nauseas.  Yes, I have become one of those "ex smokers".  Anyways, life is going pretty good, all things considered (pandemic).  Not much else to say today.  I do miss getting on here frequently.  School and work has me super busy though.  I hope everyone is doing well.  Back to work!  TTFN.

I work at an elementary school helping kids with learning disabilities. I worked in the technology industry for 8 years, and finishing up college to go back into that field, with a degree this time. I've had previous substance abuse issues, but have been clean from that for 3 years now, and working hard everyday to stay away from cigarettes.
